Powder coating operator — Sawyer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
