Powder spray gun operator — Harnett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Harnett County, North Carolina. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
