Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Mason County, Illinois. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
