Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Coos County, New Hampshire. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
