You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
