Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Hempstead County, Arkansas. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
