Production welder — Matagorda County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Matagorda County, Texas. On a typical shift you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
