Offshore rigger — Ashland County

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Ashland County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
