Immediate opening: dozer operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Hood County, Texas. The job is on a road construction project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Day to day you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
