Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble cutter in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will be based in a stone processing yard. Requirements: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Your main tasks: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
