Safety inspector — Harris County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Harris County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
