Panel beater — Phelps County

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel beater in Phelps County, Nebraska. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
