What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Six days a week, one day off.
