We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Calhoun County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
