Flatlock machine operator — Kolokuma/Opokuma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kolokuma/Opokuma, Bayelsa State. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
