Kitchen steward — Bay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bay County, Michigan. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
