Prep cook — Funtua

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Funtua, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts.
