Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Plymouth County, Iowa. The job is at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
