Oven operator — Ibaji

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ibaji, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
