Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Irele, Ondo State. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Your main tasks: • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦1,200 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
