Cook — Hardin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Hardin County, Ohio. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
