CO2 welder — Texas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Texas County, Missouri. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Day to day you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
