Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
