Immediate opening: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Esan North-East, Edo. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Full-time, day shift.
