Argon welding operator — Boyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Boyd County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
