Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Gunnison County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Your main tasks: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
