Scaffolder — Giles County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolder in Giles County, Tennessee. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. On the job you will handle: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
