Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Boone County, Missouri. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
