Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Mitchell County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
