Chiller technician — Cedar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a chiller technician in Cedar County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints The role involves: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Service split AC units and VRF systems Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
