Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofer in Albemarle County, Virginia. You will work on residential new-build sites. Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
