Immediate opening: confectioner (New Mexico)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
