Oven operator — Rowan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Rowan County, North Carolina. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
