Immediate opening: moulder (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Olorunda, Osun State. You will be based on the moulding line. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
