Mechanical press operator wanted in Dudley

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Dudley, England. You will be based at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
