Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Kent County, Texas. The job is at a manufacturing plant. The role involves deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Rotating shifts.
