Vacancy available: stitching operator (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Warren County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
