Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits.
