Paint booth operator — Shelby County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Shelby County, Ohio. You will work at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
