GTAW welder — Centre County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
