Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiler in Jones County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Your main tasks: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level Performance bonus on top of base pay.
