Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Angelina County, Texas. The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
