Immediate opening: foundry operative (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry operative in Randolph County, Missouri. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. The role involves melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
