Backhoe operator • Dona Ana County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
