Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Madison County, Indiana. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day-to-day duties: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Six days a week, one day off.
