Aluminium fabricator — Gratiot County

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Gratiot County, Michigan. The job is at an ACP cladding fabricator. You will cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
