Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Arthur County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
