Bricklayer wanted in Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Hamilton County, Tennessee. You will be based on a new-build development. On the job you will handle: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
