Site safety steward — Hardin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Hardin County, Tennessee. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
