Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Noble County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
